Young Men/Young Women Etiquette Dinner 2009

Over the past three weeks our youth have been learning proper Etiquette. From the proper way to set a table to how to eat soup and pay the bill. Our youth have done a fantastic job and took the challenge quite seriously. Way to go!!!

We learned how to dress properly for dinner situations....

Sister Peterson was truly there to not only teach our youth proper etiquette, but she also assisted throughout the dining experience. Thank you Sister Peterson!!!!

We learned everything from how to hold our utensils, where our extra hand should be and where our napkin should be placed!

But most importantly we learned that life is a dance, take it one step at a time!!!

The Menu

Our first course was three types of cheese spreads with crackers.

Second course was Strawberry Soup sweetened with cotton candy table side.

The third course was brined pork loin served aside mashed potatoes and roasted Italian squash with a drizzle of gravy.

Our fourth and final course was a chocolate mousse with a dollop of whipped cream.

Don't take my plate I'm not finished yet :)
